I've been a consultant for over 15 years, working with companies ranging from Fortune 500s to solopreneurs. These experiences taught me valuable lessons about data, business strategy, innovation, and productivity:
- everyone uses data all of the time, even if it's just the data in their heads,
- everyone who works with data needs a customized solution somewhere along the line,
- being strategic and productive rely on being free from the mundane, so that we have time to think through the big picture and make the most of what we and others bring to the table,
- daily practices have their own momentum, so it's important to ensure that they're working together like a system (i.e., ducks swimming in the same direction),
- the simplest solutions - the ones that already use the tools at hand - can be the ones that most revolutionize a business.
These lessons inspired the creation of this school. It's my goal to help you make the most of your abilities, get out from under the overwhelm, and realize your full business potential so you can get the recognition you deserve and maintain the work/life balance you want.
